Fifteen 10 Architects was formed by Director Stuart Clark in 2024. We are an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice specialising in Rural Planning and Permitted Development Rights, focusing on Eco Homes, Conversions and Renovations.

Stuart Clark RIBA has worked in a number of different sectors throughout his career with projects ranging from single family homes, to hundred room hotels. He is a certified Passivhaus Designer and has a wealth of experience in the deep retrofit of social housing for which his work has won a number of awards.

In his most recent positions Stuart has led number of teams including a multidisciplinary team of Planners and Architects specialising in gaining planning permission in areas of constraint such as the Countryside, Green Belt, Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings, National Parks and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Through this post he gained detailed understanding of both the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), the The Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 (as amended by the Housing and Planning Act 2016), and the General Permitted Development Order – with particular reference to Classes A (extensions to dwellings), AA (upward extensions), Q (agricultural conversions to dwellings) and R (agricultural conversion to mixed use commercial).
